MALLORY PAGE
Louisiana native Mallory Page never imagined she would pursue art as a career – that is until six years ago when she left her fledgling career as an interior designer behind. “I have been an artist my whole life and a painter for only six years. Art has always consumed my life. But painting was always for fun, I never anticipated it becoming a career.I studied interior design in school, but I knew I didn’t want to be an interior designer. All my projects were about finding great artwork. I realized I was more into seeing art instead of designing. I thought I’d become an art consultant; I never thought I would actually paint,” she said. It just didn’t seem like something I could just… do.
